Your adventure starts here, on the Contact page of my website. Fill out the form, and it lands directly in my inbox, kicking off our correspondence. If social media brought you here, I'll guide you to the same form to ensure nothing gets lost in translation. Expect a response within 24-48 hours, where I'll provide a preliminary quote and propose our first FaceTime call within the next 7-14 days.
FaceTime Call & Quote
This call is where the magic begins. It's our chance to connect, to turn the professional into the personal. I'll share a specially designed form that helps me capture the essence of your wedding day — from venue details to guest numbers and everything in between. This conversation is about aligning our visions and setting the stage for what's to come.
Booking Invoice & Contract
Once we've connected and you're ready to move forward, I'll send over the booking invoice and our contract. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. For those opting for an engagement session, we'll start planning that exciting experience together.
Continuous Check-ins
Communication is key, and we'll stay in touch regularly, ensuring we're synced every step of the way. Whether it's email, text, or social media interactions, you'll never feel out of the loop.
Building Your Day
About 2-3 months before the wedding, we'll have another detailed FaceTime call to construct a photo timeline for your day. This collaborative process ensures we're fully prepared to capture every moment beautifully.
The Eve of Your Wedding
The night before your big day, expect a message full of excitement and last-minute confirmations from me. It's all about ensuring you feel supported and excited about the day ahead!
Your Wedding Day
The day you've been dreaming of is here, and I'll be there to capture every moment. Expect a mix of celebration, art, and unforgettable memories. Within 24-48 hours post-wedding, I'll send over a sample gallery to give you a glimpse of the magic we captured.
The Big Reveal
As I meticulously edit your full gallery over the next 6-8 weeks, I'll keep the excitement alive with sneak peeks. Then comes the heartfelt email with your Online Viewing Gallery link, complete with all the details for downloading and backing up your images. Additionally, a custom photo print package will arrive at your doorstep, a tangible piece of your day to hold onto forever.
